Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Human ResourceJob Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Administrative Assistant where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our high paced office.Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Schedule appointments and work with the vet tech team to maintain calendars - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks - Coordinate meetings and events, including event planning tasks - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, producing surgery paperwork - Support office management in various administrative tasks - Introduce new hires to benefits &amp; maintain employee handbookQualifications: - Proven experience in the veterinary field is advantageous - Strong computer literacy - Experience with social media &amp; constant contact - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Familiarity with human resource development, and administrationIf you love animals, and would enjoy being part of the team that provides low cost care for them; can multi-task; are a self starter; and have a passion for providing top-notch administrative support, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
