<div><div><b>Summary of Position</b></div>
</div><br>
<div><div>The Assembler is responsible for assembling structural wall components according to detailed blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings. This position involves measuring, cutting, positioning, and securing materials such as lumber, sheathing, and insulation to build wall panels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Assembler must ensure all products meet quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.</div>

<div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div>
</div><br>
<div><div><ul><li>Read work orders and assembly drawings.</li>
<li>Position steel studs per drawings.</li>
<li>Screw metal together to assemble a wall panel.</li>
<li>Lead a junior assembler in the assembly of panels.</li>
<li>Install drywall/exterior wall sheathing.</li>
<li>Wrap loads using heat shrink wrap gun.</li>
<li>Operate an overhead crane.</li><br>

<div><div><b>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements</b></div>
</div><br>
<div><div><ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)</li>
<li>
<p>1 Year of construction experience (preferred)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Stud framing experience (preferred)</p></li></ul></div><br>
</div><br>
<div><div><p><b>Preferred Skills and Abilities</b></p></div></div><br>
<div>
<div><ul><li>The ability to read and follow set instructions.</li>
<li>The ability to use heat shrink wrap gun.</li>
<li>The ability to operate a forklift.</li>
<li>Knowledge of stud gauges and flange dimensions.</li>
<li>Understanding of and ability to use a wide variety of tools.</li>
<li>Understanding of and ability to read a tape measure.</li>
<li>The ability to maintain a tidy and clean workspace.</li>
<li>A positive attitude and good work ethic.</li>
<li>The ability to be punctual and reliable.</li>
