This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically advanced but also takes pride in educating patients and creating personalized treatment plans.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including microneedling, Hydrafacial, customized facials, and chemical peels</li><li>Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans</li><li>Recommend and guide patients on medical-grade skincare protocols</li><li>Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level patient experience</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation</li><li>Collaborate with the team to support overall practice growth and patient retention</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures and skincare routines.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment.</li><li>Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques and product innovations.</li><li>Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to promote products confidently.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
