We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Engineer Naps Trainee to join our team at FLSmidth Cement. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, and process engineering, supporting the manufacturing and delivery of world-class cement manufacturing equipment. This role provides an excellent platform to learn and grow within a global engineering company.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the logistics team in planning, tracking, and coordinating shipments of equipment and spare parts.</li><li>Assist in purchase order processing, vendor follow-ups, and supplier coordination to ensure timely procurement of materials.</li><li>Contribute to process engineering projects by analyzing workflows and suggesting improvements for cost, quality, and efficiency.</li><li>Prepare and maintain documentation related to supply chain operations (shipping documents, purchase records, vendor reports).</li><li>Work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) for order management and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, and vendors).</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in professional English.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Equivalent/EEE/ECE).</li><li>Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, and process engineering.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.</li></ul>Contact:Sathish Kumar ThiyagarajanSathishkumar.Thiyagarajan@FLSmidth.com(Manufacturing proc Engineering)Job Type: FresherPay: &#8377;19,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
