<div><div>Responsible for the oversight of the College&rsquo;s web project management system and will
</div><div>actively evaluate the requests for web content to best serve our varying audiences-prospective and current students and families, donors, alumni, community, and faculty/staff.</div></div><div></div>
<br><div><div><ul><li>Support and advance the mission, core values and strategic priorities of the College through strategic web content
</li><li>Complete and manage tasks for improving and updating the website as needed
</li><li>Supports quality assurance, by conducting content audits to eliminate redundant, duplicate or out-of-date information and broken links
</li><li>Write and edit clear marketing copy to ensure content is simple and usable to our audiences further promoting our brand
</li><li>Develop and implement website accessibility and SEO strategies to enhance our search rankings
</li><li>Manage content on the website by posting/updating blog posts, video content, social media, and other program communications to the appropriate place on the website.
</li><li>Collaborates with departments and divisions on their web presence ensuring that we are meeting our campus partner&rsquo;s goals.
</li><li>Runs regular reports on the College&rsquo;s SEO strategies and competitor analyses.
</li><li>Works in collaboration with the Institutional Technology team on The Breezeway portal content as a consultant.</li></ul></div></div><div></div>
<br><div><div><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
</b><br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in marketing, business and/or communication or working towards completing a degree in these fields.
</li><li>Demonstrated success working with creative strategy and resources
</li><li>Understanding of SEO strategies and how it ties into the overall site design
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively;
</li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships fostering an environment of mutual respect, understanding, and trust;
</li><li>Willingness to challenge the status quo and move quickly to test and learn new strategies and tactics;
</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills;
</li><li>Work from home on a stable, relatively fast internet connection;
</li><li>Work on desktop and mobile phone (to check sites from multiple devices)
</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
</li>Basic knowledge of Web Accessibility<br>

</li><li>WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
</li><li>Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
</li><li>Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time and occasionally walking and standing.
</li><li>Climbing, walking, crouching, repetitive motions, and ability to communicate appropriately with students/colleagues.
</li>Frequent hours outside the College work day.<br>
