Pay Rate: $ 18.02 per hourschedule: Sunday to ThursdayShift: 6pm to 2:30amJob DescriptionEssential Functions<ul><li>Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.</li><li>Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes and replaces blinds.</li><li>May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing machines.</li><li>Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes walls, windows, ledges, cleans ceilings and dusts, remove trash, heavy lifting up to 50lbs.</li></ul>Carpeted Areas<ul><li>Empty waste baskets and replace liners.</li><li>Dust/clean tops of office furniture.</li><li>Vacuum all carpeting.</li><li>Spot clean soiled areas on carpets as needed.</li><li>Clean glass on lobby door.</li><li>Sweep and mop tile areas.</li></ul>Lunchroom/Break Areas<ul><li>Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.</li><li>Wipe/clean all table tops and chairs.</li><li>Wipe/clean vending machines and appliances.</li><li>Clean sink and counter areas.</li><li>Sweep and mop tile floors.</li></ul>Restrooms<ul><li>Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.</li><li>Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.</li><li>Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant.</li><li>Spot clean walls, partitions and doors.</li><li>Refill all restroom dispensers as needed.</li></ul>Non-Carpeted Areas<ul><li>Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.</li><li>Sweep and spot mop tile floors.</li><li>Complete damp mop tile floors.</li><li>Dust/clean cleared desks and surfaces of tables.</li></ul>Periodic<ul><li>Clean overhead vents - Dust blinds - Polish wood furniture.</li><li>Dust high partitions and ledges - Clean interior partition glass.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $18.00 per hourPhysical Setting:<ul><li>Private school</li><li>School</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Custodial Experience: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
