As a Maintenance Supervisor at Flaherty &amp; Collins Properties, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to expert for all things maintenance, leading a talented team and making a tangible difference on-site at your property daily.</div></div><p>
</p><div><div><b>What You'll Do:</b></div></div><ul><li><div><div>
Lead and manage the property&rsquo;s maintenance team to ensure timely and high-quality service.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are operating efficiently and safely.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Coordinate with the Property Manager to prioritize and address maintenance requests and projects.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted work to ensure quality and timeliness.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among your team.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to protect residents and property.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Train, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their full potential.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Ensure apartment homes are made ready for upcoming new residents.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Perform snow and ice removal.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies. Weekend work is required as needed.
</div></div></li><li><div><div>Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.</div></div></li></ul><p>
</p><div><div><b>What Makes You a Great Fit:</b></div></div><ul><li><div><div>
You&rsquo;re certified in HVAC/EPA and other relevant fields.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
You have 3 or more years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in multifamily housing. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
</div></div></li><li><div><div>You have hands-on experience in maintenance, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
You&rsquo;re a natural leader who can inspire and guide a team to deliver their best work.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
You&rsquo;re highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities while staying focused on the big picture.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
