Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, you&rsquo;ll do more than show apartments; you&rsquo;ll be a trusted guide, helping individuals and families discover their next chapter in a community they&rsquo;ll love.
What You'll Do: 
<ul><li>Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property.</li><li>
Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home.</li><li>
Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible.</li><li>
Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.</li><li>
Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging.</li><li>
Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.</li><li>
Collaborate with your teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.</li><li>
Stay in the know about local market trends and competitor offerings so you can always highlight what makes us stand out.</li><li>
Help plan and host fun and engaging resident events that bring the community together.</li></ul>
What Makes You a Great Fit: 
<ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
You&rsquo;re a natural communicator with a warm, approachable personality.</li><li>
You have experience in leasing, sales, or customer service&mdash;or you&rsquo;re eager to learn and grow in these areas.</li><li>
You love working with people and are committed to providing top-notch service.</li><li>
You&rsquo;re tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.</li></ul>
