This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced environment filled with energy and positive momentum.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials with enthusiasm</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties</li><li>Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed</li><li>Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements for optimal flow</li><li>Support guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere in various settings such as fine dining or nightlife venues</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales revenue</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations</li><li>Experience with food preparation, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or nightclubs</li></ul>Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
