What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div><div>
As a Dispatch Assistant, you&rsquo;ll provide critical operational and administrative support to the Dispatch team and field technicians, ensuring service orders move efficiently from creation to completion.<br>

Key Responsibilities Include:</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as primary coverage for the Dispatch phone queue, accurately documenting all call outcomes in the service system</li><li>
Communicate professionally with Customers regarding schedule changes, reschedules, time‑frame updates, and late arrivals</li><li>
Support Customer Service, Dispatch, and field Technicians by answering dispatch‑related questions and facilitating cross‑department communication</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely service statuses, including daily follow‑up on work orders in &ldquo;Working to Schedule&rdquo; and similar queues</li><li>
Proactively identify available work to help fill technician schedules and maximize daily productivity</li><li>
Support route readiness and help maintain overall schedule integrity</li></ul><div>

What Makes You a Great Fit:</b></div><div><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Strong Customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Excellent time management and organizational abilities</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment</li><li>
Basic to intermediate computer and data entry skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistency</li><li>
Authorized to work in the United States</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred (Not Required):</b></div><ul><li>
Dispatch, scheduling, or call‑center experience</li><li>
Experience supporting multiple internal teams in an operations role</li><li>
Desire to grow into a Dispatcher or leadership position</li></ul><div><b>
Working Environment &amp; Schedule:</b></div><ul><li>
Office‑based, computer‑focused role</li><li>
Frequent phone and system usage throughout the workday</li><li>
Flexible shifts, Monday&ndash;Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)</li><li>
