Position Overview:We are looking for a Travel Consultant based in Andheri, Kandivali, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad who will be responsible for assisting individuals, families, and businesses in planning and organizing their travel arrangements.The ideal candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable travel experiences for clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements, and using professional expertise to recommend and book the most suitable travel options.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Consultation:<ul><li>Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.</li><li>Offer personalized travel recommendations based on client requirements.</li><li>Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel options.</li></ul>2. Travel Planning and Booking:<ul><li>Plan and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities.</li><li>Research and compare travel options to find the best deals and value for clients.</li><li>Coordinate with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other travel providers to make reservations.</li><li>Process bookings and issue travel documents like tickets, itineraries, and visas.</li></ul>3. Destination Knowledge:<ul><li>Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa requirements, travel advisories, and emerging destinations.</li><li>Possess in-depth knowledge of popular tourist spots, local attractions, and cultural experiences in various destinations.</li></ul>4. Customer Service:<ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.</li><li>Assist clients in case of travel disruptions or emergencies, offering alternative solutions.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.</li></ul>5. Sales and Marketing:<ul><li>Promote and market travel packages and deals to attract new clients.</li><li>Collaborate with travel suppliers and attend industry events to gain insight into new offerings and opportunities.</li></ul>6. Administration:<ul><li>Keep detailed records of client interactions, travel bookings, and financial transactions.</li><li>Process payments and handle financial transactions securely.</li></ul>7.
