Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Must communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the course of the day</li><li>
Must read as well as write (in English) notes in the manager&rsquo;s daily log</li><li>
Must attend weekly manager&rsquo;s meetings and monthly staff meetings</li><li>
Must read the weekly memo</li><li>
Must complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations</li><li>
Must communicate with all m.o.d. when shift is completed</li><li>
Must relate an accurate, honest report of all events both positive and negative</li><li>
Must comply with all policies, rules and directions covered in manuals, memos, and meetings</li><li>
Must attend the quarterly supervisor meetings</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must have current food management certification</li><li>
Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality</li><li>
Must have flexibility for scheduling. Flanigan&rsquo;s is open 365 days per year</li><li>
Must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>
Vacations are scheduled between April and November only and must be taken or forfeited</li><li>
Must be adept at ordering and formulating pars</li><li>
Must have basic math skills, must be able to count currency and make change, use a calculator to add, subtract, multiply and divide</li><li>
Must have basic computer skills</li><li>
Must understand and facilitate proper health code standards</li><li>
Must adhere to Flanigan&rsquo;s always hiring policy and conduct interviews in a timely fashion</li><li>
Must issue written evaluations for positive and/or negative performance</li><li>
Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell</li><li>
Must be able to read and write English</li><li>
Requires the ability to stand, and the mobility to move about, at a moderate pace, for up to (4) hours at length and the stamina to work fifty (50) to fifty-five (55) hours per week</li><li>
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl</li><li>
Must have the co-ordination necessary to operate kitchen equipment</li><li>
Must adhere to Flanigan&rsquo;s policies for dress and grooming</li></ul>

Restaurant Manager West Palm Beach

</div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training</li><li>
Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed</li><li>
Be knowledgeable regarding Food &amp; Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests&rsquo; questions verbally and clearly
</li><li>Accurately write down guests&rsquo; orders and enter into POS system, in a timely manner</li><li>
Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
</li><li>Ability to assess guests&rsquo; demeanor and identify when to summon a Manager</li><li>
Collect guests&rsquo; payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner</li><li>
Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework
</li><li>Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift
</li><li>Can reach, bend, stoop frequently
</li><li>Able to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs</li><li>
Ability to speak, read and write English
</li><li>Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc
</li><li>Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan&rsquo;s and Florida statutes
</li><li>Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan&rsquo;s and Florida statutes</li></ul>

You set the tone for the entire experience, greeting all of our friends and family in a warm and welcoming way. You help usher guests to their tables, manage the flow of seating, field inquiries, and greet people on the way out, just as nicely as on the way in. We&rsquo;re always looking for the most friendly, hospitable people to join the team.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Displays and maintains a cheerful and courteous temperament, as well as displays a neat and clean professional image</li><li>
Greets guests with Flanigan&rsquo;s &quot;Smile Talk&quot;</li><li>
Engages guests in Flanigan&rsquo;s &quot;Smile Talk&quot; while escorting them to table in a timely manner</li><li>
Efficiently manages the Wait List for seating</li><li>
Communicates guest&rsquo;s questions or concerns to Manager on duty</li><li>
Keeps foyer, host/hostess station, wait area clean and free of debris, restocks and cleans menus</li><li>
Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guest</li><li>
Answers telephone within 4 rings, and answers guests&rsquo; questions, and/or directs guests to proper staff member</li><li>
Conclude guests&rsquo; visit with Flanigan&rsquo;s &quot;Smile Talk&quot;</li><li>
