We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented <b>HR Assistant</b> to join our Corporate HR team and support day-to-day onboarding and administrative functions for our restaurant locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who&rsquo;s looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience with systems like <b>ADP Workforce Now</b> and <b>iCIMS</b>.</div><div></div><div><br>
The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure every new hire is set up for success &mdash; from accurate data entry to complete onboarding paperwork. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in keeping our employee records organized, accurate, and compliant.</div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Enter and maintain employee information in <b>ADP Workforce Now</b> and <b>iCIMS</b>.</li><li>
Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Assist with onboarding tasks such as new hire setup, running background checks, file audits, and data updates.</li><li>
Track start dates, employment status changes, and terminations.</li><li>
Support HR team with administrative duties (filing, scanning, digital recordkeeping, etc.).</li><li>
Assist with worker&rsquo;s comp reporting and tracking.</li><li>
Communicate professionally with managers and new hires regarding onboarding steps or missing documents.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with all employee data.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED, associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
3+ years of administrative or data entry experience (HR experience preferred)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.</li><li>
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments</li><li>
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li></ul>
