Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training</li><li>
Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed</li><li>
Be knowledgeable regarding Food &amp; Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests&rsquo; questions verbally and clearly
</li><li>Accurately enter orders into POS system</li><li>
Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
</li><li>Collect guests&rsquo; payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner</li><li>
Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework
</li><li>Pack and verfy all ToGo orders with guest</li><li>
Greet guests at the curbside pickup area
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift
</li><li>Can reach, bend, stoop frequently
</li><li>Able to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs</li><li>
Ability to speak, read and write English
</li><li>Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc
</li><li>Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan&rsquo;s and Florida statutes
</li><li>Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan&rsquo;s and Florida statutes</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours</li><li>
Work in a fast paced environment</li></ul>

You&rsquo;re the first smiling face our guests see every time they enter a Flanigan&rsquo;s, and likely the last as they go on their merry way. You set the tone for the entire experience, greeting all of our friends and family in a warm and welcoming way. You help usher guests to their tables, manage the flow of seating, field inquiries, and greet people on the way out, just as nicely as on the way in. We&rsquo;re always looking for the most friendly, hospitable people to join the team.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Displays and maintains a cheerful and courteous temperament, as well as displays a neat and clean professional image</li><li>
Greets guests with Flanigan&rsquo;s &quot;Smile Talk&quot;</li><li>
Engages guests in Flanigan&rsquo;s &quot;Smile Talk&quot; while escorting them to table in a timely manner</li><li>
Efficiently manages the Wait List for seating</li><li>
Communicates guest&rsquo;s questions or concerns to Manager on duty</li><li>
Keeps foyer, host/hostess station, wait area clean and free of debris, restocks and cleans menus</li><li>
Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guest</li><li>
Answers telephone within 4 rings, and answers guests&rsquo; questions, and/or directs guests to proper staff member</li><li>
Conclude guests&rsquo; visit with Flanigan&rsquo;s &quot;Smile Talk&quot;</li><li>
