We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer &ndash; Fabrication with strong expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) manufacturing and structural steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fabrication activities, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes in compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and supervise fabrication activities for PEB and structural steel components.</li><li>Ensure production schedules are achieved as per project timelines.</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details accurately.</li><li>Monitor cutting, welding, drilling, assembly, and surface preparation processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with design, QA/QC, procurement, and site teams for smooth workflow.</li><li>Optimize manpower utilization and machine productivity.</li><li>Conduct inspections to ensure fabrication meets approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.</li><li>Prepare production reports and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>&middot; B.Tech / Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).</li><li>&middot; 5&ndash;6 years of UAE experience in fabrication industry.</li><li>&middot; Strong experience in PEB fabrication and structural steel manufacturing.</li><li>&middot; Sound knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication standards, and quality control.</li><li>&middot; Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and fabrication layouts.</li><li>&middot; Good leadership and team management skills.</li><li>&middot; Familiarity with UAE safety standards and industrial practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
