Social Media Marketing ManagerWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative and scroll-obsessed Social Media Manager who lives and breathes trends. If you can spot a viral audio before it blows up, have 100 content ideas daily, shoot videos, and love experimenting with content, this role is for you. You&rsquo;ll help with planning, writing, researching trends, basic editing, community engagement, and supporting all things social.Job Details:Job location - 320, Laxmi Enclave 1, Gajera Rd, near Gajera school, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004.Job type - Permanent In-house jobExperience &ndash; minimum 1 yearSend your resume to our email for a faster response.Email &ndash; hey@itsflashmarketing.comWork to be done:<ul><li>Help plan and create daily content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.</li><li>Shoot indoor and even outdoor videos on a phone whenever required.</li><li>Create content for our social media and potentially client social media handles.</li><li>Keep an eye on trends, audios, formats, and everything the algorithm loves.</li><li>Assist with basic editing, reels, and short-form content creation.</li><li>Reply to comments/DMs and keep the vibe positive across platforms.</li><li>Research content ideas, hashtags, and what competitors are up to.</li><li>Support campaign execution and performance tracking.</li><li>Keep content calendars and media folders organised (we love organised people).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Software Proficiency<ul><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content in general.</li><li>Editing skills in Canva/CapCut or any editing tool are a plus.</li><li>Good communication and writing skills.</li><li>A creative eye and attention to small but important details.</li><li>Ability to think visually and understand simple aesthetics.</li><li>A genuine passion for social media, trends, and marketing.</li></ul>Company DescriptionFlash Marketing is a digital marketing company based in Surat.
