This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring the successful application of engineering products or services to meet client requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.</li><li>Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.</li></ul>2. Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Understand and articulate the technical aspects and benefits of the company&rsquo;s products or services.</li><li>Work with the engineering team to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for clients.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.</li></ul>3. Customer Relationship Management:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.</li></ul>3. Collaboration and Reporting:<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&amp;D, production, and marketing, to align sale efforts with company objectives.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.</li><li>Provide feedback from customers to inform product improvements or new developments.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:1. Educational Background:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering or MBA degree from reputed institution.</li></ul>2. Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the company&rsquo;s industry.</li></ul>3. Skills:<ul><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.</li><li>Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul>4.
