 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Project Management Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic &amp; program initiatives across Flat6Labs. The role is focused on transforming complexity into clear, executable structures, holding teams accountable to timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

 Fluent in tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or equivalent

 This role requires PMP certification or equivalent formal project management accreditation

The role focuses on building relationships, establishing partnerships with local and international stakeholders, and ensuring program excellence.The Program Manager is also responsible for managing the program team, leading the startup selection process, and tracking the progress of participating startups, while providing both virtual and on-ground support when required.This is a one-year contract role based in KSA.
