Overview - This will be a full time position.At Chronic Guru, bartenders aren&rsquo;t just pouring drinks &mdash; they&rsquo;re creating an experience. You&rsquo;ll craft premium cocktails and infused beverages while curating an atmosphere that feels authentic, inviting, and unforgettable.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a social, fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceptional service. Cannabis knowledge is a plus, but full training is provided so you can confidently represent our products and brand story.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Craft Exceptional Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and infused beverages with consistency, precision, and creativity.</li><li>Verify Identification: Ensure all guests meet legal age and ID requirements before service.</li><li>Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued.</li><li>Learn &amp; Educate (Training Provided): Gain product knowledge, including flavor profiles, effects, and the story behind our organically grown flower.</li><li>Maintain Bar Operations:</li><li>Open and close tabs, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily receipts.</li><li>Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.</li><li>Communicate inventory needs promptly.</li><li>Create a Positive Atmosphere: Build rapport with guests and regulars while maintaining an upbeat, engaging energy behind the bar.</li><li>Uphold Compliance &amp; Cleanliness: Follow all state, federal, and company guidelines for responsible service and product handling.</li><li>Collaborate as a Team: Work seamlessly with fellow bartenders and managers to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.</li></ul>Working Environment &amp; Physical Demands<ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for 6&ndash;8 hours per shift.</li><li>Regular lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs.</li><li>Frequent reaching, bending, and use of hands for preparing drinks and maintaining cleanliness.</li><li>Exposure to temperature changes and moderate to high noise levels.</li></ul>About Chronic GuruChronic Guru is a licensed cannabis farm and experiential lounge based in Durham.
