The Store Facilities Team Member is responsible for performing general maintenance functions in and around Fleet Farm&rsquo;s Property. The position is responsible for providing neat and clean public space.

Job duties:
<ul>
<li>Provide friendly and efficient customer service in all customer interactions.</li>
<li>Perform basic inspections and repair on equipment and units, such as forklifts, floor scrubber, generators, etc.</li>
<li>Responsible for submitting maintenance work orders when outside expertise is needed.</li>
<li>Maintain walkways and parking lot areas, including snow and ice removal from entries and exits, salting/sanding as needed, and general repair of ruts and potholes.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on the car wash, including daily and monthly inspections, such as soap and wax levels, nozzle flows, vacuums, waste levels, and overall cleanliness.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean interior and exterior facility appearance, including lights, signage, grass and weed control, cart corrals, etc.</li>
<li>Clean and polish floors, windows, mirrors, vending machines, and ice machines.</li>
<li>Clean public areas including public floors, service areas, restrooms, furniture, and vents.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements and Education:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of maintenance functions preferred.</li></ul>

Store Facilities Team Member

The Sales Team Member will provide a positive and efficient customer experience in their assigned area or zone.

Job duties:
<ul>
<li>Greet and acknowledge all Customers and provide Best in Class service.</li>
<li>Keeps all endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.</li>
<li>Maintain customer readiness standards by keeping sales floor clean, including shelves, rail tops, displays and kick plates.</li>
<li>Assist with completing in-store price changes, including regular price, clearance, and sale price changes.</li>
<li>Execute nightly recovery of departments through fronting and facing shelves, sweeping and cleaning, and critical product filling.</li>
<li>Train in cash register functionality and is available to promptly assist with running a cash register if customer demand requires.</li>
<li>Assist in merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, housekeeping, and the coordination of the freight flow process to ensure sales floor representation of all merchandise.</li>
<li>Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.</li></ul> 

Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.</li>
<li>Previous retail or related experience preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders is required.</li></ul>
