Our team plays avital role in providing emergency weather response and 24/7 fueling support for firstresponders and critical infrastructure.This is a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where operations often continuethrough weekends, severe weather and emergency events. As Logistics Manager, you&rsquo;lllead a dedicated team to respond quickly and effectively under pressure - helping fuelour growth and keeping communities running.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee Daily Fueling Operations - Manage the scheduling and dispatching of</li></ul>deliveries to ensure on-time, accurate services for fleets, bulk tanks andemergency response accounts.<ul><li>Support and Manage Drivers - Supervise drivers, troubleshoot issues in real</li></ul>time and foster a culture of safety, accountability and teamwork.<ul><li>Coordinate Emergency Response - Direct fueling efforts during storms, severe</li></ul>weather and disaster events to keep first responders and critical infrastructurerunning.<ul><li>Be Available After Hours - Remain on-call outside normal business hours to</li></ul>support drivers and resolve urgent operational needs.<ul><li>Monitor Fleet Performance - Track truck utilization, route efficiency and driver</li></ul>performance to reduce downtime and improve delivery reliability.<ul><li>Visit Customer Sites &amp; Build Profiles - Regularly visit customer locations, create</li></ul>detailed customer profiles and share critical site information with drivers toensure safe, efficient deliveries.<ul><li>Source Supply for Customer Deliveries - Secure and schedule fuel supply to</li></ul>meet customer demand, balancing cost, availability and delivery timing. Maintaindatabase of supplier pricing.<ul><li>Ensure Compliance &amp; Safety - Uphold DOT, OSHA and environmental</li></ul>regulations; maintain driver qualifications and vehicle inspection schedules. Runsafety training and driver training meetings.<ul><li>Track KPI&rsquo;s, Optimize Processes &amp; Costs - Analyze logistics data to identify</li></ul>inefficiencies, fuel inventory and delivery metrics, recommending improvements.Streamline workflows and manage operational expenses.<ul><li>Collaborate with Leadership - Work closely with company owners and</li></ul>managers to align logistics operations with Fleet Fuels&rsquo; growth goals.<ul><li>Communicate with Customers - Serve as a point of contact for key accounts,</li></ul>addressing service needs and coordinating special projects.<ul><li>Hands-On Training of New Employees - Ensure successful on boarding and</li></ul>adherence to company procedures.<ul><li>Report On-Site for all Emergencies - Assist with fuel spill clean-up and other</li></ul>critical situations.Qualifications &amp; Skills - Required:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in logistics, dispatching, fleet management, scheduling,</li></ul>or related operations.<ul><li>Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Comfortable using scheduling software, GPS/telematics systems and basic</li></ul>office tools (excel, email, etc).<ul><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends</li></ul>as needed.<ul><li>Willingness to be on-call after hours to support drivers and field operations as</li></ul>needed.<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in fuel distribution, transportation or other regulated industries.</li><li>Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with route optimization and delivery scheduling software.</li><li>CDL license or experience supervising CDL drivers (plus but not required).</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive Base Salary (DOE) - We reward both proven logistics professionals</li></ul>and those eager to step up and grow into the role.
