At Fleming&rsquo;s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Host, you will be required to greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner. You will be expected to be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk with Guests. You should always be an example of Fleming&rsquo;s warmth and hospitality including putting our Guests at ease during a wait, answer phones, and direct the calls in a prompt and professional manner. 
Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service</li><li>
Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette</li></ul>
