 Our client is a leading Consultant who has delivered iconic residential and mixed-use projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Position
 
 
 
 The Design Manager position will lead residential development projects from start to finish, reporting to the PMO Director, overseeing a portfolio of projects at various stages.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage client relations and coordinate with client-appointed consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee design management processes, ensuring coordination with technical teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage contractual and commercial risks, protecting the interests of the organisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain clear communication channels across all project stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Chair meetings, take minutes, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the BIM team to align project documentation and technical outputs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support fee negotiations and manage consultant agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote collaboration and integration across internal and external teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the organisation in an outward-facing role, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in managerial roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years working for leading consultants or contractors
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of working experience in KSA
 </li>
 <li>
 A proven track record leading residential development design projects from start to finish.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing and coordinating clients on large-scale developments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of contractual and commercial aspects related to design management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, meeting management, and reporting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination.
 </li>
