Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Entry-Level Finance Specialist to supportfinancial operations across multiple business entities. This role is responsible for maintainingaccurate financial records, tracking income and expenses, managing accounts payable andreceivable, and producing financial reports including profit and loss statements.The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and experienced with QuickBooks and basicaccounting principles. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy andproviding visibility into the performance of multiple businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping &amp; Financial Management● Record daily financial transactions across multiple business accounts● Track income, expenses, and general ledger activity● Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)● Ensure accurate and timely entry of all financial data● Maintain organized financial records for all entitiesReporting &amp; Analysis● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statements● Generate financial reports for business performance tracking● Assist with cash flow tracking and budgeting support● Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis● Identify and report discrepancies in financial recordsSystems &amp; Software Management● Use QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) for all bookkeeping functions● Maintain accurate financial records across multiple companies or business units● Assist in improving financial tracking systems and reporting processes● Ensure data consistency across all platforms and accountsCompliance &amp; Organization● Support documentation for audits or financial reviews if needed● Maintain compliance with basic accounting standards and internal procedures● Organize invoices, receipts, and financial documentation digitallyQualifications● Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support roles preferred● Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required)● Understanding of basic accounting principles (AP, AR, P&amp;L, reconciliations)● High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry● Strong organizational and time management skills● Ability to manage multiple business entities simultaneously● Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets● Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferred Skills● Experience working with multiple business entities or clients● Familiarity with financial reporting and bookkeeping best practices● Experience with payroll systems is a plus● Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability● Prior exposure to small business or real estate financial operationsSchedule &amp; Work Environment● Full-Time (Flexible based on experience)● Remote or Hybrid Options Available● Ongoing, long-term position● 1099 EmploymentPay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
