Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
The Renewal Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the renewal process from quote to obtaining the purchase order. This involves:<ul><li>
Engaging with customers using phone, email, or other media, on their upcoming renewals</li><li>
Delicately but professionally working through customer objections to secure on-time renewals</li><li>
Responding to customer emails and requests within one business day of receipt</li><li>
Logging all customer interactions in Salesforce.com</li></ul></li><li>
Once fully trained, expect to work with approximately 150 renewals per quarter</li><li>
Have a high-level understanding of Flexera products and be able to clearly communicate our various support plans</li><li>
Adhere to and follow all service level expectations</li><li>
May be asked to work EMEA or North America hours</li></ul><div></div><ul><li>
Requirements:</li></ul><ul><li>
2+ years of experience preferably in Operations, Order Processing or Renewals</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Language skills: English.</li><li>
Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.</li></ul><div></div><div><div>
