1st Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm</b></p><br>

Must have the ability to work on very small parts with the assistance of a microscope under various magnifications.</li><li>
Must have exceptional hand eye coordination.</li></ul><ul><li>
Must have the ability to work with small deburring tools requiring very steady hands</li><li>
Must have practical knowledge of reading drawings and specifications, ability to read and interpret process work instructions.</li><li>
Must have practical knowledge and application of precision measuring instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators and scales.</li><li>
Must be able work within and understand extremely challenging machining tolerances.</li><li>
Must be able to effectively communicate and problem solve within a team environment.</li><li>
Must be able to communicate, get along and work well with co-workers and other departments.</li><li>
Must maintain a safe working environment in accordance with corporate policy and OSHA standards.</li><li>
Must have the ability to pass an annual Eye Exam.</li><li>
Must maintain a clean and orderly work area.</li><li>
Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor / Manager.</li><li>
must continuously promote, encourage, and use proper safety practices and best practices for standard work.</li><li>
Must be able to work closely with design, quality, and process to address problems and implement improvements. Independently, safely, and efficiently launches new deburring processes, making necessary set-ups/adjustments, and optimizations for one-off, rework, or first-run work on any deburr equipment with a high rate of success.</li><li>
Must ensure that all tools, equipment, parts, and fixtures are correctly handled, maintained, and managed. Proactively ensures material/job(s) are staged for the next one or two operations for the assigned work cell/area.</li><li>
Must ensure that all tools, equipment, parts, and fixtures are correctly handled, maintained, and managed. They will have a proven track record of successfully training team members on multiple programs and deburr techniques. Champions solutions that lead to measurable improvements (less inspection time, faster cycle time, less set-up time, less scrap, less downtime, less rework).</li></ul></div></div>

The Machinist<b><i> </i></b>must be able to meet and maintain company guidelines by performing the following essential job functions.</p><ul><li>
Must be able to set up and operate conventional and/or CNC machining centers. This includes both CNC lathes and CNC mills.</li><li>
Have knowledge of the tools, materials, methods, and standard practices of the machinist&rsquo;s trade.</li><li>
Must have practical knowledge of reading drawings and specifications, ability to read and interpret process work instructions with an understanding.</li><li>
Must have practical knowledge and application of precision measuring instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators and scales.</li><li>

In a manufacturing environment, Operator will be creating punch and form parts using various pieces of machinery.</p><p><b>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></p><p>
 Set-up, adjust, and operate hydraulic and mechanical punch press equipment to blank, punch and form parts.</p><p>
 Adjust ram stroke to form materials to proper angle and radii.</p><p>
 Work from drawings, specifications, patterns, or templates.</p><p>
 Use scale, protractor, fixed angle and radii gauges.</p><p>
 Sorting and package parts per work instructions</p><p>
 Verify quantity &amp; quality of material.</p><p>
 Moves raw material to and from production areas as necessary.</p><p>
 Train less experienced press operators in safe and effective setup and operation techniques</p><p>
 Organize work efficiently</p><p>
 Work with others as part of a team which includes giving and receiving feedback, assisting others in completion of tasks, possess interpersonal, listening and participation skills.</p><p>

 Mechanical ability, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to fabricate, repair various parts or tools using drawings and instructions</p><p>
 Practical knowledge and application of precision measuring instruments</p><p>
 Possess a good work ethic including following direction and reliability to perform job with limited supervision</p><p>
 Excellent attendance record</p><p>
 Must be literate (able to read &amp; write English) and do basic arithmetic</p><p>
