What You will Do<ul><li>
Configure and support on-premises and cloud-based hardware/software</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients</li><li>
Answer and address client inquiries, providing clear, helpful solutions</li><li>
Keep clients informed about the progress and status of their service requests</li><li>
Work with colleagues to deliver efficient and effective solutions</li></ul>
What We are Looking For<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in technical support or IT services</li><li>
Experience working in an IT Managed Service Provider (preferred)</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field (preferred)</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments</li><li>
Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li><li>
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li></ul>
