Influencer MarketingResponsibilities:Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners, actively source and negotiate new influencer partnershipsCreate an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand awareness and engagementMonitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelinesSet goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer programActively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and FacebookExperience tracking affiliate marketing creating a community of influencers and being able to prove ROI and performance of each activationMaintain influencer &amp; Social Media activity budgetNegotiate contracts and organization of micro and macro influencer programs that are focused on driving revenueDesign and deliver creative and engaging social media posts &amp; strategiesManaging Inhouse Product &amp; Model ShootQualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred1+ years of professional experience in social media and influencer marketingExperience analyzing data to deliver on KPIsSuccessful track record of elevating brands and influencers alikeStrong communication skills and attention to detailExperience managing influencer programs and communityExperience in beauty, wellness and fashion is a plus but not requiredEmployment Type: Full TimeOffice Timing: 9.15 to 6.30Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd &amp; 4th Saturday Off)Website:- flickacosmetics.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
