Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>System Administration</li>
</ul><ul><ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of Salesforce orgs including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.</li>
<li>Maintain data quality through regular data audits, deduplication, and data management processes.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and integrations.</li>
</ul></ul><ul><li>Configuration &amp; Automation</li>
</ul><ul><ul><li>Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes.</li>
<li>Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.</li>
<li>Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for business teams.</li>
</ul></ul><ul><li>Support &amp; Maintenance</li>
</ul><ul><ul><li>Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce-related issues, enhancements, and support requests.</li>
<li>Conduct regular system checks and manage release updates and sandbox refreshes.</li>
<li>Document system configuration, business processes, and user procedures.</li>
</ul></ul><ul><li>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management</li>
</ul><ul><ul><li>Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.</li>
<li>Partner with developers and architects to implement enhancements or integrations.</li>
<li>Provide user training, create user guides, and promote Salesforce adoption across teams.</li>
</ul>
</ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience: 4&ndash;7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud environments.</li>
<li>Certifications (Preferred):</li>
</ul><ul><ul><li>Salesforce Certified Administrator &ndash; required.</li>
<li>Advanced Administrator or App Builder certifications &ndash; preferred.</li>
</ul></ul><ul><li>Technical Skills:</li>
</ul><ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports &amp; Dashboards).</li>
<li>Familiarity with integration basics (email-to-case, web-to-lead, connected apps).</li>
<li>Experience with user management, territory management, and case management.</li>
</ul></ul><ul><li>Soft Skills:</li>
</ul><ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams.</li>
</ul></ul><div>Education</div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Experience
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales + Service + Experience Cloud).</li>
<li>Knowledge of Salesforce Flow orchestration, Data Loader, and change sets.</li>
<li>Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.</li></ul>
