 , you will build and scale a brand-new outbound function targeting independent restaurants across the UK. There is no existing team or process to inherit. You will design the system, hire the team, implement the tools, and drive performance.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is both strategic and operational. Success will be measured by predictable, high-quality pipeline generation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Build the Outbound Engine

 Understand ICP, build segmentation and territory strategy
 </li>

 Create cold calling frameworks, cadences, and qualification standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement CRM discipline, reporting dashboards, and pipeline definitions
 </li>

 Establish a repeatable system that produces consistent meeting volume
 </li>

 Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in the restaurant sector, including companies selling into the UK restaurant market

 Deep fluency in GTM systems is preferred
 </li>
