Dispatch &amp; Delivery TAT Management<ul><li>Own Dispatch-to-Delivery TAT across all shipping partners</li><li>Monitor daily dispatch performance and identify delays or bottlenecks</li><li>Drive continuous improvements to meet and exceed defined SLA targets</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries</li></ul>2. Pickup Coordination &amp; Execution<ul><li>Manage daily pickup planning with logistics partners</li><li>Ensure pickup adherence as per cut-off times and capacity commitments</li><li>Proactively resolve pickup failures, reschedules, and exceptions</li></ul>3. Cost Optimization<ul><li>Track and analyze logistics cost per shipment</li><li>Work on rate optimization, zoning efficiency, and partner allocation</li><li>Support commercial discussions and negotiations with logistics partners</li></ul>4. Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Build and maintain dashboards for:</li><li>Dispatch TAT</li><li>Delivery TAT</li><li>RTO %</li><li>Cost per shipment</li><li>Partner-wise performance</li><li>Perform root cause analysis for delays, escalations, and RTOs</li></ul>5.
