We're seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to help us lead this charge. As an Account Executive at FloWater, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, passionately building and managing a robust sales funnel from start to finish. Responsibilities and Role:
<ul>
<li>Cold Calling &amp; Networking: Use direct methods (in-person, phone, email) and indirect methods (networking) to engage prospective customers within targeted verticals</li>
<li>Lead Generation: Identify and create high-quality leads, building a solid customer target list</li>
<li>Sales Funnel Management: Develop and maintain a robust business portfolio, continuously filling the sales funnel from start to finish</li>
<li>Presentations: Conduct weekly in-person and virtual pitch presentations to potential new customers</li>
<li>Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, consistently exceeding daily/weekly/monthly pipeline build activities and quotas</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to build strong camaraderie and teamwork</li>
</ul>
Candidate Competencies:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of sales experience value selling in a B2B environment</li>
<li>Strong background in field sales and direct customer interactions</li>
<li>Passionate for sales, you love identifying, selling, and closing deals</li>
<li>Highly motivated, persuasive, persistent and resilient</li>
<li>Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident</li>
<li>Enthusiastic about our product, company, customers and mission</li>
<li>Ability to pitch both virtually and in-person, and are willing to travel locally by car as needed</li>
<li>Strong utilization and understanding of CRM systems i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.</li>

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation. On Target Earnings / OTE of $110K+ annually (base salary and lucrative commission), as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
