Job Title:Restaurant SupervisorJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our casual dining team. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced restaurant, is passionate about business development, and is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.Restaurant Supervisor Key Responsibilities1. Team Management &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Supervise and motivate front-of-house and service staff.</li><li>Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.</li><li>Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.</li><li>Ensure all team members follow company policies and service standards.</li></ul>2. Inventory Management &amp; FEFO<ul><li>Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks and stock counts.</li><li>Enforce FEFO principles to minimize waste and ensure freshness.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers to manage stock levels and track delivery timelines.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile discrepancies.</li></ul>3. Revenue Generation &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Monitor daily sales and assist in achieving monthly revenue targets.</li><li>Identify opportunities for upselling and implement strategies to increase average check size.</li><li>Reduce operational costs through waste management, staff efficiency, and portion control.</li><li>Work with management to plan and execute promotions or events.</li></ul>4. Health &amp; Safety Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to local and company hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.</li><li>Conduct daily pre-shift health and safety checks.</li><li>Maintain proper food storage and temperature logs.</li><li>Train staff on proper food handling, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.</li></ul>5. Customer Service Excellence<ul><li>Resolve guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback tools and reviews.</li><li>Maintain dining area ambiance, cleanliness, and readiness at all times.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality diploma preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&amp;B or hospitality.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in POS systems and inventory software.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.</li><li>Barista skills essentials.</li><li>Ability to oversee kitchen operations.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>May be exposed to hot and cold environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
