Position : Customer Service - Ocean Export (Freehand / Nomination dept.)Job Location : Vile parle, MumbaiExperience : Min 2+ years in Ocean Export dept.Candidates desired profile : &middot; Candidate should have go - getter attitude&middot; Having relevant work experience in Freight Forwarding and CHA industry in Ocean Export is mandatory.Job Description : &middot; Handling entire process of Ocean Exports from pickup till it reaches the destination depending on scope of shipments.&middot; Getting update from pricing desk and sales person about buying and selling before execution of shipment.&middot; Creating jobs in system and maintaining DSR on day to day basis and update to customer.&middot; Timely checking for documents with customers for shipping bill filing as well as for SI filing &amp; sharing it with internal CHA team and BL team.&middot; Timely updating vessel cut off to customers and SI / AMS / ISF filing.&middot; Invoicing, Vendor / co-loader invoice submission in accounts and for FCL timely arranging payment of carrier to avoid LDC (late documentation charges).&middot; Taking additional cost approval from customer via Email.&middot; Timely solving customers issues and queries.&middot; Communicate discrepancies and escalate with manager for appropriate action.&middot; Ensure compliance with customer's SOP&middot; Ensuring the DSR of all activities with ETA and for DDP/ DDU / DAP/ CIF / FOB / EXW / FCA shipments are updated &amp; timely update to customers.&middot; Communicate with operation team (CFS team) on day to day shipment activities to ensure smooth functioning of operations dept.&middot; Coordination with operations team for placement of container for factory/ dock stuffing the cargo.&middot; Update all shipment related data in system error free and closing the jobs.&middot; Coordination with operations team, shipping line &amp; vendor.&middot; Ensure that all shipment should be sailed as per schedule of target vessel.&middot; Customer satisfaction, and timely update to the customerIf interested and having relevant experience kindly share your update resume on hrsolutions@flomicgroup.comThanks &amp; RegardsSneha ChavanMobile: 91 7045727760Email ID : hrsolutions@flomicgroup.comJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
