<ul><li>Ensure timely submission of VGM and Form 13 through the ODEX and Cargoes systems, along with proper handover of documents.</li><li>Monitor container gate-in status and ensure alignment with planned schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with the CS team and exporters to support smooth documentation and operational activities.</li><li>Prepare and circulate the carting planning sheet to the operations team based on inputs received from the CS team.</li><li>Assist in coordinating empty container pickup in collaboration with the CS team and approved transport vendors.</li><li>Maintain accurate cargo status reports and regularly share updates on cargo admitted at the buffer yard.</li><li>Share complete and accurate shipment details with customers, and keep the CS team and HODs Informed of all developments.</li><li>Maintain proper and systematic records for both factory-stuffed and dock-stuffed cargo.</li><li>Promptly inform the CS team or HODs of any operational issues, delays, or escalations.</li><li>Possess a working knowledge of LogiSys software for effective documentation and tracking.</li><li>For break-bulk cargo at Mumbai, liaise with MbPT authorities to obtain online carting permissions and vehicle entry approvals.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>operation: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
