Graphic Designer Location: Doha, Qatar Company: Flora TechnologyRole Summary: Responsible for designing, updating, and preparing ID and access cards in line with approved corporate identity standards, ensuring compliance with technical, security, and access control requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and produce ID cards and access cards according to approved branding and identity guidelines</li><li>Modify and update existing card designs based on operational requirements</li><li>Prepare final design files for printing and electronic systems</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain design approvals prior to production</li><li>Ensure compliance with technical, security, and access control specifications</li><li>Maintain secure and well-organized archives of all design files and documentation</li><li>Submit periodic (monthly) work and progress reports to the reporting manager</li><li>Perform additional design-related tasks within the approved scope of work</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in card design or similar graphics design role</li><li>Previous experience working with large organizations is preferred.</li><li>Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field</li><li>Proficient in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign</li><li>Experience in designing ID cards, access cards, or access control systems will be considered an added advantage</li></ul>If you're interested, please share your CV &amp; Portfolio at: career@floragroup.netJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience working with government entities or large organizations?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Cards &amp; Identity Design: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>

Procurement OfficerLocation: Doha, Qatar Company: Flora TechnologyRole Summary The Procurement Officer will oversee the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective purchasing of materials, equipment, and services. The role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management, and experience in technology or ELV-related items.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all procurement department activities, ensuring smooth and compliant purchasing operations.</li><li>Prepare procurement plans for equipment, services, and supplies based on organizational requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing updates, supplier contracts, and documentation.</li><li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; handle contract negotiations and performance reviews.</li><li>Research, evaluate, and recommend suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.</li><li>Conduct price comparisons, cost analysis, and prepare periodic procurement reports.</li><li>Ensure all purchases align with company budget, policies, and project requirements.</li><li>Track and monitor order status, delivery timelines, and resolve issues with suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with finance, stores, operations, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.</li><li>Ensure proper use of ERP systems for purchase requests, approvals, and purchase orders.</li><li>Evaluate stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment requirements.</li><li>Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, and delivery notes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and audit requirements.</li><li>Assist management with supplier evaluation, vendor registration, and tender submissions when required.</li><li>Perform any other tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience in procurement within a technology, ELV, ICT, or similar technical environment is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of purchasing processes, vendor negotiations, and cost control.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.</li></ul>If you're interested, please share your CV at: career@floragroup.netJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have prior technology, ELV, ICT, or similar industry experience?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
