Caf&eacute; &amp; Restaurant Supervisor Location: Doha, QatarJob Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Caf&eacute; &amp; Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and support front-of-house and kitchen staff.</li><li>Train, motivate, and schedule team members.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints effectively.</li><li>Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.</li><li>Manage inventory, stock orders, and cash handling.</li><li>Monitor performance, control costs, and support profitability.</li><li>Maintain equipment and uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards.</li><li>Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.</li><li>Support menu planning, promotions, and special events.</li><li>Perform opening/closing duties and other tasks as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma (hospitality degree preferred).</li><li>3+ years in a supervisory role within food service.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.</li><li>POS and basic computer proficiency.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>If you're interested, please share your CV at: career@floragroup.netJob Type: Full-time
