Sales Executive - Cut Flowers Bulk sales

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.The candidate should have experience managing Branch's P&amp;L, Sales and Business Development.Must be a graduate in Sales, Business Development, Marketing or Operations.Job Purpose:<ul><li>Accountable for day-to-day supervision of Branch operations, including sales, administration, staff management, stock management, customer service and financial performance.</li></ul>Primary duties and responsibilities: <ul><li>Existing Customer &ndash; Sustain the revenue of the branch by retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>New Customer Acquisition &ndash; Successfully convert the walk-in customers into sales.</li><li>Sales Planning and Forecast &ndash; Make a monthly sales plan and forecast for continuous growth.</li><li>Identify the market needs, introduce new varieties, and variants of products, and make a competitive analysis of products and pricing.</li><li>Keep a tap on non-moving products / designs and take suitable action as needed.</li><li>Customer Service / Order Fulfilment - To provide end-to-end support to customers through the process of order fulfilment and grievance resolution; address and resolve customers' distress and issues.</li><li>Ensure that products are delivered on time.</li><li>Review and ensure pending orders are closed before placing new sales orders.</li><li>Procurement - Coordinate with the respective personnel to ensure customer requested products are imported on time or purchased locally for delivery.</li><li>Inactive Customers &ndash; Follow up with inactive customers to make them buy the company&rsquo;s products.</li><li>Reporting &ndash; Update the daily sales report on meetings, sales done, value obtained, customer issues, stock requirements, and manpower issues.</li><li>Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise and allocate duties to staff. Staff attendance, movement, and leave management.</li><li>Staffing, counselling, and training staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li><li>Perform other duties as and when assigned.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Branch In-charge: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
