<ul><li>Review and interpret physician prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy</li><li>Prepare, compound, and dispense prescribed medications according to hospital policies and legal requirements</li><li>Provide clinical advice to physicians, nurses, and patients regarding proper drug usage, dosage, and possible side effects</li><li>Monitor patients for therapeutic response, potential drug interactions, and adverse reactions</li><li>Maintain and manage the hospital&rsquo;s drug inventory, ensuring proper storage and stock control</li><li>Participate in ward rounds and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient treatment plans</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, Drug &amp; Cosmetics Act)</li><li>Educate patients and staff on safe medication practices and new drug therapies</li><li>Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and other medications as per legal requirements</li><li>Stay updated with new drugs, clinical trials, and best pharmacy practices</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Doctor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm /Pharm.D) from an accredited institution</li><li>Valid Pharmacist License/Registration under Punjab Pharmacy Council.</li><li>Fresher Preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,006.90 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
