Driver with Homecare Experience

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, billing, and compliance within a homecare organization. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports payroll and invoicing processes, and helps maintain regulatory compliance specific to healthcare services.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets</li><li>Billing &amp; Revenue Cycle:</li><li>Handle client invoicing (private pay, insurance, or government programs)</li><li>Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments</li><li>Coordinate with insurance providers and ensure correct claim submissions</li><li>Payroll Processing:</li><li>Process payroll for caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff</li><li>Track employee hours, overtime, and benefits</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies</li></ul>Accounts Payable:<ul><li>Manage vendor payments and expenses</li><li>Reconcile invoices and purchase orders</li><li>Maintain supplier records</li><li>Compliance &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and tax laws</li><li>Prepare reports for audits and regulatory authorities</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting:</li><li>Assist in developing annual budgets</li><li>Monitor financial performance against budget</li><li>Provide financial insights to management</li><li>Record Keeping:</li><li>Maintain organized financial documentation</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of patient and financial data</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Proven experience as an accountant (experience in healthcare/homecare preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare billing systems is a plus</li><li>Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance</li><li>Excellent analytical and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately?</li><li>Do you have homecare experience?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Homecare: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
