Available Shifts:
<ul>
<li>6AM-6PM Every Other Weekend &amp; Holiday (FT)</li>
<li>6AM-2PM; Every Other Weekend &amp; Holiday (PT)</li>
<li>2PM-10PM; Every Other Weekend &amp; Holiday (PT)</li>
</ul>
Our Nursing Care Partner, you will:
<ul>
<li>Provide direct patient care in long-term-care, skilled care, &amp; hospice setting.</li>
<li>Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.</li>
<li>Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.</li>
</ul>
Our Nursing Care Partners will:
<ul>
<li>Have a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska.</li>
<li>Be proficient in using electronic medical record systems.</li>
<li>Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.</li>
<li>Have the ability to lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics.</li>
<li>Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>
