What You'll Do
HR Administrative Support<ul><li>
Assist with day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records and supporting client onboarding and offboarding</li><li>
Serve as the HR contact for assigned clients and assist with general HR inquiries</li><li>
Provide administrative support across HR functions and special projects</li></ul>
Workers' CompensationLeave Administration<ul><li>
Assist with workers' compensation claim administration, including filing and tracking claims</li><li>
Coordinate with insurance carriers and track workplace injury documentation</li><li>
Manage leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws</li></ul>
Benefits401(k) Support<ul><li>
Support 401(k) plan administration including enrollments, updates, and distributions</li><li>
Assist with benefits tracking and eligibility documentation</li></ul>
ComplianceRecordkeeping<ul><li>
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR compliance audits</li><li>
Identify potential compliance concerns and assist with proactive solutions</li></ul>
Team Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with HR Generalists and HR Managers to ensure smooth HR service delivery</li><li>
Collaborate across departments to improve HR processes and client support</li></ul>
What We're Looking For
Education<ul><li>
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li><li>
Currently pursuing or interested in obtaining SHRM-CP or PHR certification</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of HR or administrative experience</li><li>
Exposure to workers' compensation, leave administration, or benefits programs preferred</li><li>
Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management</li></ul>
Skills<ul><li>
Strong organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality</li><li>
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)</li></ul>
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Some occasional travel to client sites may be required.
