Concept and write integrated marketing campaigns from idea through execution.</li><li>
Develop clear, engaging copy across web, social, video, email and print.</li><li>
Create content optimized for SEO and generative search (GEO).</li><li>

Partner with designers and strategists to bring campaigns to life.</li><li>

Experience and Education</b></p><ul><li>
Six years of directly related professional experience, or</li><li>
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field, plus two years of full-time professional writing experience</li><li>
Demonstrated professional, full-time writing experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Preferred Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Agency experience, three or more years preferred</li><li>
Higher education marketing or communications experience</li><li>
Experience writing across multiple platforms and formats</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

This position provides hands-on training and exposure to facilities maintenance while working alongside experienced mechanics to develop practical skills in a professional environment.<div></div><div>
Job Description</div><div>
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:</div><ul><li>
Assists mechanics with installation, maintenance, and repair activities across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and carpentry work.</li><li>
Supports job site preparation and cleanup, including material handling, tool organization, and general worksite maintenance.</li><li>
Assists with basic construction or repair activities such as structural assembly, component replacement, and equipment setup under supervision.</li><li>
Uses hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment while learning proper operational techniques and safety procedures.</li><li>
Observes and participates in a variety of skilled trades activities to gain exposure to multiple craft areas.</li><li>
Assists with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with safety guidelines.</li><li>
Supports basic documentation needs such as inventory checks, job site notes, and safety-related reporting.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Required Qualifications</div><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized technical or trade school program related to facilities maintenance, construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>
Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing, walking, lifting, and working in varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and elevated areas.</li><li>
Strong interest in learning skilled trades and maintaining safe work practices.</li></ul><div></div><div>
