<li>Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment</li>
<li>Maintain quality assurance, enforce safety protocols, and resolve onsite issues</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Experience managing asphalt, paving or related sitework projects (ideally 3+ years)</li>
<li>Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (travel between job sites)</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver results</li></ul></div></div>
