<div><div>Responsible for the selling, promoting and specifying of Florida Tile / Panaria Group products to Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, and Dealers. We are looking for an innovative and strategic thinker who has a passion for design, is self-driven, motivated for success. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to assisting architects, contractors, designers, and homeowners with tile selection, generating sales, and be that continued go to resource for their customer needs for mutual success. The position is also responsible for all sales merchandising, technical information, customer product knowledge, and evaluating the area&rsquo;s market needs and business conditions in their territory.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<ul><li>Target, call on, and develop relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and other channels</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a trade client base via in-house meeting(s) as well as telephone and internet communications</li>
<li>Proactively identify new opportunities and sales channels</li>
<li>Identify and establish relationships with top architectural and design firms.</li>
<li>Maintain architectural libraries clean and well-organized, replacing outdated sample tools and placing new products as they are available.</li>
<li>Develop and execute presentations/CEUs.</li>
<li>Meet &amp; exceed an established sales budgeted on a monthly basis to meet annual goals</li>
<li>Set up product displays and modify as appropriate</li>
<li>Introduce and successfully initiate company programs and new product introductions</li>
<li>Assess competitors, their product lines and strategies. Compile a library of their product catalogs, spec sheets, etc., and keep the Branch Manager. informed of their activity</li>
<li>Prospecting, qualifying and establishing new customers</li>
<li>Evaluate product field complaints and resolve them in accordance with company guidelines</li>
<li>Participate in industry associations and activities, i.e. ASID, IIDA, and NEWH.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>At least three years of direct sales experience</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or related discipline preferred</li>
<li>Computer literacy</li>
<li>Ability to achieve company goals with little supervision</li>
<li>Overall analysis of the total and individual markets in order to set goals, plan and execute market research, forecasting sales and establishing new markets.</li>
<li>Development, planning and the execution of yearly business plan.</li>
<li>Frequent travel within territory and valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li>
