We are looking for a Marketing and Influencer Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding Flow&rsquo;s brand presence both online and offline. This role blends marketing project management, influencer outreach and management, and content creation. The ideal candidate will support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, build and manage relationships with influencers, and oversee the development of high-impact content. This includes coordinating local shoots with creators, managing content pipelines, and ensuring that influencer and brand assets are aligned with Flow&rsquo;s voice and strategy. The role also involves supporting social care and community management, helping bring Flow&rsquo;s brand to life across digital platforms and real-world activations.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related fields.</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and branding.</li><li>
Experience managing influencer partnerships and developing campaign briefs.</li><li>
 Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus Highly organized with strong project management abilities.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>

</b></h3><ul><li>We&rsquo;re looking for a Business Development &amp;Partnerships Manager to help us forge and grow relationships with some of the region&rsquo;s most influential organizations. This role is about building trust with giga projects &amp; government entities, Real Estate developers, and other key stakeholders in Real Estate - while ensuring that opportunities contribute to real &amp; tangible growth for Flow in the region. You&rsquo;ll represent Flow in high-profile meetings, craft and deliver compelling presentations, and work closely with partners to structure projects that push boundaries. While your focus will be on partnerships, you&rsquo;ll also play a critical role in coordinating initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned, creating project plans, and ensuring ideas become reality.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities
</b></h3><ul><li>Build and manage strategic partnerships with giga projects, government entities, developers, and large corporates.</li></ul><ul><li>
Represent Flow externally in senior-level discussions, negotiations, and presentations.</li><li>
Support the structuring of large partnership and development agreements.</li><li>
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring projects move from concept to execution.</li><li>
Provide PMO support on key initiatives, ensuring milestones are tracked and stakeholders remain aligned.</li><li>
Prepare high-impact presentations and proposals for developers, investors, and government stakeholders.</li><li>
Spot new opportunities in the market and bring them into Flow&rsquo;s pipeline.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills &amp;Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
3&ndash;6 years&rsquo; experience in relevant areas such as business development, partnerships, consulting, or real estate development.</li></ul><ul><li>
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency and Saudi nationality are strong advantages.</li><li>
Organized, entrepreneurial, and able to balance strategy with execution.</li><li>
A strategic thinker with the ability to execute in detail.</li><li>
Someone who thrives in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.</li><li>
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent Flow in senior forums.</li><li>
A collaborative individual who can work across stakeholders, yet also take full ownership of their projects. A professional who embodies Flow&rsquo;s values: precision, authenticity, performance, elevated simplicity, and progress.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Ideal Background</b></h3><ul><li>
Exposure to giga projects or government-backed initiatives in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.</li><li>
Familiarity with developers, master planners, or large contractors, and ability to navigate technical and commercial discussions.</li><li>
Understanding of real estate investment structuring, such as joint ventures or operator-developer agreements.</li><li>
Knowledge of the Saudi regulatory environment relevant to housing, development, and investment.</li><li>
Financial acumen, with the ability to assess or interpret large-scale real estate project economics.</li><li>
Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder negotiations involving government, developers, and investors.</li></ul><div><b>
