Job DescriptionThe Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience at the flower shop. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing orders, coordinating with florists, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.</li><li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries professionally.</li><li>Process orders (in-store, phone, and online) and coordinate with florists for preparation.</li><li>Manage the booking schedule for bouquets, events, and deliveries.</li><li>Handle payments (cash, card, and online) and issue receipts.</li><li>Maintain front-desk cleanliness and ensure displays look appealing.</li><li>Update inventory levels for wrapping materials, ribbons, cards, and small items.</li><li>Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, customer records, and daily reports.</li><li>Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch of orders.</li><li>Support the team during peak seasons, events, and special occasions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably retail or F&amp;B).</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Basic computer skills (POS system, WhatsApp Business, email).</li><li>Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn about flowers and shop products.</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>Full-time, shift-based depending on shop operating hours.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
