<div><div>Role Summary: The function of the position must achieve, in a shared manner with all areas of the plant, the assurance of the quality of products and processes to ensure customer satisfaction. 
 
Responsibilities &amp; Requirements: 
<ul><li>Coordinate a program of random inspections to evaluate the quality of the processes.</li><li>Coordinate analysis to determine preventive actions to reduce defects or improve processes.</li><li>Issuance of reports/metrics of different indicators of the plant.</li><li>Lead interdepartmental groups Solving Problems related to KPI indicators</li><li>Trigger CIP projects for the systematic improvement of processes.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis to prevent quality problems derived from customer complaints.</li><li>Guarantee the implementation and monitoring of the Plant's MSA.</li><li>Control and update the calibration program of the plant's measuring instruments and equipment.</li><li>Measurement, monitoring and improvement of the FPY of the Plant.</li><li>Coordinate training for plant personnel on issues of Quality and Continuous Improvement.</li><li>Generate interactions with suppliers to ensure proper receipt of materials at the plant.</li><li>Foster the culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of CIP projects.</li><li>Provide feedback and technical support to internal and external areas on issues related to quality.</li><li>Meet site goals according to the KPIs defined by the Corporate (COPQs, OTD, CARs, CSS, financial results).</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulations by the team.</li><li>Ensure the relevant issuance of dimensional reports and all PNDs for the inspections carried out.</li><li>Coordination of the Quality Control team.</li><li>Keep the Quality Quest updated with all the information of the NCRs and ensure the correct closing of the report.</li><li>Administration of the document system for the preparation of the dossier.</li><li>Generate the inspection plan to ensure the quality of the parts/equipment that arrive/leave the plant.</li><li>Guarantee the inspection of the materials that arrive from the supplier or that are sent for remote release, as well as coordinate the necessary visits to inspect the supplier site (source Inspection).</li><li>Ensure the use of the bomb release Checklist according to the corporate format.</li><li>Generate photographic release reports of equipment in final assembly.</li><li>Validate the quality of the information in the documents delivered by the production department.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> 
Preferred Experience / Skills: 
<ul><li>Mechanical, Industrial Engineering experience</li><li>Solid knowledge in manufacturing processes</li><li>Knowledge of standards (ASME, ISO 9001, ASTM, API)</li><li>Green Belt Certificate and / or Execution of Lean-Six Sigma projects (Green Belt, Lean Practitioner, KAIZEN).</li><li>Experience with development and implementation of PFMEA &amp; Control Plan.</li><li>Work Team Management Experience in problem solving (8D, A3, DMAIC, 3x5Whys, Fishbone, C&amp;E).</li><li>Previous experience in Engineer-to-Order environments</li><li>PMI project management</li><li>Previous experience in Quality with Suppliers (SQA, SQE)</li><li>BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience</li></ul></div>
The pay range for this role is $94,967.41 - $142,517.90 per year.</div>

Supervisor, Inspection

<div>Role Summary: 
Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments. May also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.

CNC Programmer / Operator

<div>Role Summary:
The Senior Quality Planning Engineer should provide facility support in the development, maintenance, improvement, and management of the QMS, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. He should Own the Quality Planning at the facility. He should ensure customer requirements implementation are effectively planned, and ensure that the operations, material control, and processes satisfy customer and Flowserve requirements. He shall report on quality KPI&rsquo;s, customer problem resolution status, conducting and supporting ISO9001 internal, external and supplier audits as deemed necessary.
The Quality Planning Engineer should execute the supporting activities of measuring and improving products quality and business processes. The right candidate should have direct experience in Pump's OEM industry and should have QMS auditing experience and data analysis skills. The Quality Planning Engineer reports directly to the Quality Manager.
Your Role:<ul><li>
Review All Technical and Quality requirements as per Material Requisition (MR) during bidding and post-bidding stages.</li><li>
Responsible of Quality requirements realization and transfer them from Customer to Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing processes.</li><li>
Ensure all quality requirements are carefully reviewed and embedded in Design and Procurement processes.</li><li>
Review all Purchase Order (PO&rsquo;s) with all technical information from material Requisition prior PO issuance.</li><li>
Participate in Project Phase-Gates 1, 2, etc... and present quality risks if any.</li><li>
Prepare and issue the Project&rsquo;s ITP at frontend to ensure smooth Item codes creation with all quality requirements.</li><li>
Assist in reviewing suppliers&rsquo; approval status prior PO placement as per project sub-vendor list.</li><li>
Coordinate between the Vendors, Manufacturers, Third Party Inspector (TPI), and Client for Pre-inspection Meeting (PIM).</li><li>
Attending the PIM &amp; KOM with the Vendors/ Suppliers to discuss all quality requirements and procurement issues as well as required documentation.</li><li>
Participate in reviewing the NMR 601 documents when advised by Quality Manager.</li><li>
Assist in reviewing all Supplier&rsquo;s Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and applicable Procedures (NDT, Welding, Painting, hydro test, etc..) prior submission to customers for further approval when advised by Quality Manager.</li><li>
Review and analysis the NCRs issued during Design/Engineering and provide correction and corrective actions.</li><li>
Review and follow-up on NCRs issued against suppliers to ensure none-recurrence.</li><li>
Shall Manages PFMEAs &amp; Inspection Control Plans</li><li>
Shall lead Problem Solving for RCA and CA.</li><li>
Identify areas of improvement (internal, external and supplier) and develop quality improvement programs utilizing quality tools and statistical techniques.</li><li>

Your profile:<ul><li>
B.Sc. in Engineering field (manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical)</li><li>
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant quality experience preferably in Pump's OEM environment.</li><li>
Must be certified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015</li><li>
Must have experience in project Engineering and procurement cycle.</li><li>
Should have participated in at least 2 full cycle Audits.</li><li>
Proficient in corrective action request management, RCA, and CAPA tools</li><li>
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques</li><li>
Skilled in Team Oriented 8D Problem Solving</li><li>
Must possess Knowledge of welding and NDE</li><li>
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>
Full professional proficiency in English. Fluent in business conversation.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualification / Skills<ul><li>
Certified quality Engineer (CQE)</li><li>
Certified Lean six sigma blackbelt (LSSBB)</li><li>
Knowledge of the established quality standards, laws, and regulations of national and international authorities.</li><li>
knowledge of inspection equipment found in machining, assembly and test operations of pumps and associated accessories.</li><li>
Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with positive, can-do attitude.</li><li>
