<div>Role Summary:
As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key customers and trade organizations, understanding and solidifying purchase agreements, customer alliances and market trends. You will also develop a keen understanding of Flowserve operations to enhance selling effectiveness and coordinate selling efforts with other internal and 3rd party selling channel partners.
Responsibilities &amp; Requirements:
<ul><li>Drive bookings levels to meet and/or exceed assigned bookings goal</li>
<li>Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers in the area you support</li>
<li>Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives to support organizational goals</li>

<li>Proficient in technology such as Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Maintain organized records, including regular reports, quotes, status, actuals, expenses, etc</li>
<li>Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss business decisions, particularly return on investment in support of solution selling</li>
<li>Able to work independently, efficiently and communicate productively with others</li>
<li>Some physical activity required, such as walking large customer sites, lifting at least 50 lbs, and ascending/descending ladders and staircases in multi-story facilities</li>

</ul>Preferred Experience / Skills:
<ul><li>Sales experience with rotating equipment such as pumps and mechanical seals</li>
<li>Experience in the oil &amp; gas, power, paper and chemical industries, including familiarity with API 610 Standard</li>
<li>Training in sales techniques, negotiations and business finance</li>
<li>Demonstrated skills in leading meetings, including setting agendas, preparing, facilitating discussions and assigning follow-up activities</li>
<li>Ability to lead root cause failure analysis and communicate results</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Project management experience is a plus</li>
<li>BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience</li>

Senior Sales Engineer

<div>Role Summary:
HR Partner, Customer Care supports as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, resolving routine questions and processing simple transactions related to benefits, payroll, onboarding, and HR policies by adhering to procedures and providing accurate data entry into HR systems. They escalate complex issues to HR specialists, contribute to process improvements, and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality while providing a positive, customer-focused experience to internal employees.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Address and resolve general employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll as the primary point of contact.</li>

Role summary
The main responsibility of the DGS technician is the disassembly, installation, inspection and testing of Dry Gas Seals. Preparing reports as per observations, repair scope, parts requirement as per Bill of Material and assembly drawing. Perform installation and change out Dry Gas Seals on gas compressors, mixers, etc. Also work as backup for field service technician as and when required at customer site.
Your role
<ul><li>Disassembly of Dry Gas Seal, component check, Cleaning, checking condition visually and dimensionally as per component drawing.</li>
<li>Prepare the list of parts need to rework/ replace and forward the list to supervisor for preparing the inspection report.</li>
<li>Visual inspection of components shall be performed to ensure they are cleaned and free from any damages, scratches, corrosion pitting etc. Conduct a document review on all quality inspections. Add all documents to the job folder.</li>
<li>Starts on the instructions of the supervisor assembly &amp; test field with the set-up process of the dedicated test orders.</li>
<li>Conducts the test run of the seal according to the specifications from the test procedures. Documents the test results on the test procedures and concluding signs it. Reports special incidents and deviations from the test values to the Manager Tester Cell/Supervisor test field.</li>
</ul>Your profile
<ul><li>Certificate from recognized institute in Machinist, Millwright mechanic, Chemical plant Maintenance Technician or equivalent with 3 to 5 years in relevant field</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings and capability of calculating basic mathematical functions (rate, ratio, percent, conversions etc).</li>
<li>Basic computer aptitude to use Microsoft Office Package.</li>

Aftermarket Embedded Specialist

<div>Role Summary:
The Precision Assembler will be responsible for the preparation of assembly work and documentation. This position will also assemble a variety of equipment and tools and perform test requirements. Additionally, the Precision Assembler will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during any repair process. This person will have access to the most modern materials and tools at our facility to accomplish these expectations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to our customers.
Responsibilities &amp; Requirements:
<ul><li>Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders, performing testing when required.</li>
<li>Demonstrates an advanced understanding of inspection equipment, their functions and uses to ensure that all parts and assemblies are within specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure all parts and components are clean prior to assembly and that assemblies are completed properly, following all assembly procedures.</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures, and wear required personal safety equipment.</li>
<li>Operate various precision measuring tools, i.e. micrometers, vernier, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), in a warehouse environment, as well as hand tools, i.e. hydraulic torque wrench and fire torch.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues within assembly.</li>
<li>Have a sharp eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Capable of calculating basic mathematical functions including computation of rate, ratio, and percent and to convert one type of measurement into another</li>
<li>Participate in CIP activities as needed and comply with all Flowserve policies and procedures.</li>
