<div>Role Summary: 
As a Project Engineer, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop new products, technologies and customer-specific solutions. You&rsquo;ll also coordinate the daily local order fulfillment activities on assigned projects. Additional responsibilities include quotation support, routine engineering analysis, detailed layout/mechanical design and operations support.
Your Role:<ul><li>
Responsible for project management &amp; execution of multiple jobs pertaining to various customers.</li><li>
Coordinate with Engineering team and obtain drawing approvals from the customer.</li><li>
Support production by providing tactical advice and guidance on specification deviations and waigers, and other activities where required.</li><li>
Conduct production planning meeting to communicate the product requirement, specifications, timeline etc. to all applicable departments including Engineering, product management, production, quality, procurement etc.</li><li>
Review complete technical documentation package to validate product performance against customer requirements and suggest modifications as needed.</li><li>
Prepare test plans and evaluate test results.</li><li>
Optimize and standardize new and existing product lines.</li><li>
Collaborate with the internal departments to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer on time as per the agreed terms &amp; conditions.</li><li>

Your Profile:<ul><li>
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related.</li><li>
3-5 years relevant experience in the same filed.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).</li><li>
Knowledge of ANSYS is a plus (CFD, FEA).</li><li>
Industrial experience in development and design.</li><li>
Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communications.</li><li>
Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globally</li><li>
Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision</li><li>

Project Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphics and Video Production Lead who can create high-impact motion graphics, bring concepts to life through visual storytelling, and execute polished video content from idea to completion. This role is hands-on and technical, with a strong focus on After Effects, animation, and advanced editing. You will support event content, marketing videos, internal communications, and product storytelling.
The ideal candidate thrives in the details. Someone who moves comfortably between animation, camera work, editing, and event content creation. This role requires strong motion graphics expertise, the ability to travel for shoots and events, and a passion for producing visually compelling work.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, visual toolkits, and screen content using Adobe After Effects.</li><li>

Requirements:<ul><li>

<div>Role Summary:
The manufacturing engineering supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and pump testing, facilitating efficient manufacturing operations across the plant. Participates in and maintains improvement projects to enhance safety, improves quality, reduce the cost of nonconformance, adopts lean principles and processes, and promotes customer satisfaction (internal and external).
Your Role:
The Engineering Supervisor for the Service and Solution (S&amp;S) team is responsible for the supervision and control of engineering projects within the centrifugal pump aftermarket business. This includes repairs, &quot;Repair to Upgrade&quot; initiatives, and the design of aftermarket solutions. The Supervisor ensures high-quality, responsive engineering aligned with business needs by coordinating technical support in both pre-order and post-shipment phases for internal and external customers, and responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Lead and manage assigned engineering teams to achieve the annual operating plan while driving a culture of customer focus, ethics, and safety.</li><li>
Manage multiple complex design projects simultaneously, ensuring designs follow established standards to maximize part re-use and minimize variants.</li><li>
Employ rough-cut capacity planning and drive the effective usage of GTEC (Global Technical Engineering Center) teams to leverage flexible engineering capacity.</li><li>
Oversee Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and manage test programs to validate custom designs and resolve performance issues.</li><li>
Review repair jobs for &ldquo;Repair to Upgrade&rdquo; opportunities, providing technical motivations and recommendations to customers.</li><li>

5 to 10 years of engineering management experience in a manufacturing or service environment, with specific expertise in centrifugal pump applications, types, and hydraulic fundamentals.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply FEA and other design verification methods; basic fluency in engineering systems.</li><li>
Proven history of managing multi-discipline project teams in a matrixed, international environment.</li><li>
Excellent oral and written English communication skills for composing concise reports and delivering customer presentations.</li><li>
Willingness to travel up to 30% to support customer meetings and visit global engineering centers or plant facilities. Job location is Saudi Arabia full-time.</li><li>
