ABOUT THE POSITION</div><div>
As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in the Non-conformance product and service management program helping to review, resolve and escalate Non-conformances across the various products, services, and regions. The Quality Engineering plays a key role in Root Cause Analysis and supporting Quality Engineering programs development and implementation.</div><div>
This position will report directly to the Sr.Manager, supply chain and Analytics.<br>

<div>Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>Key point of contact for Non-conformances reports for status and escalation.</li><li>Support NCR resolution as need it.</li><li>Support Root Cause Analysis.</li><li>Supports NCC and COPQ analysis.</li><li>Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers , Logistics leaders and Design Engineers in resolving NCRs and tracking RCA&rsquo;s and CAPA&rsquo;s.</li><li>Generate NCR reports and anlayze data in order to determine priorities for improvement.</li><li>Actively participate in Tiger Teams to implement improvements.</li><li>Assist in Implementing Quality Engineering programs at Fluence</li><li>Support Quality Management System (process development, creating and editing new and existing SOPs).</li><li>Support FMEA, Control plans and other core quality tool development and implementation.</li><li>Manage quality KPIs and reports the status of KPIs and initiatives to leadership.</li><li>Manage and build/support quality dashboards using basic reporting techniques.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?</div><ul><li>Ownership, autonomy and customer service focus</li><li>Detailed oriented</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills required</li><li>Bachelor's of Science in Engineering required.</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical systems; power system experience preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in problem solving techniques such as 8D and/or PDCA</li><li>Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis tools such as 5 WHY&rsquo;s and Cause and Effect Diagram.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in FMEA, control plans and other core quality tools development.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9001.</li><li>Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement preferred.</li></ul></div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>Support in releasing all the logistics documents for all the three regions and all the mode of transportations</li><li>Release the logistics PO in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</li><li>Release the STO and perform warehouse management activity in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</li><li>Perform logistics invoice accounting and reconciliation in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</li><li>Contribute with other Fluence teams as regional subject matter expert for operational logistics best practices</li><li>Work cross-functionally across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, Finance, and other teams to deliver on Fluence strategy in a deliberate way that maximizes the customer outcomes.</li><li>Support regional warehousing strategy</li><li>Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and inventory management.</li><li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to transportation, warehousing, and distribution.</li><li>Provide timely information to Project Management team of any supplier or procurement activity that impacts the project either realizing opportunity or indicating a potential risk.</li><li>Prepare and maintain up-to-date Shipping schedules for Project and ensure correct documentation is secured for import processing.</li><li>Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate logistics performance and strategic initiatives. And attend to various collaborations calls with various stakeholders.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><div>
+5-year subject matter experience in logistics management preferably in the transportation or distribution industry, experience in project logistics is a plus</div><ul><li>Experience in working with SAP HANA S4 tool (complete E2E logistics modules)</li><li>Experience in the field of dangerous goods handling and shipping</li><li>Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to requests, as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions</li><li>Deal with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity</li><li>Enjoy working in an international, fast-pace and dynamic environment</li><li>Communicate fluently in English</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations and driving process improvements.</li><li>Knowledge of customs, FTA policies, export incentives, re-exportation requirement is desirable.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with international Shipping and Customs regulations and customs procedures desirable</li><li>Knowledge on Navisphere tools (TMC) would be an advantage</li><li>Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).</li><li>Familiarity with international logistics and import/export regulations.</li><li>Experience with lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in data analysis with Microsoft tools, (Excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
