<br><div><div><div>Job Details:</div><ul><li> Support in releasing all the logistics documents for all the three regions and all the mode of transportations
</li><li> Release the logistics PO in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</li><li> Release the STO and perform warehouse management activity in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</li><li> Perform logistics invoice accounting and reconciliation in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</li><li> Contribute with other Fluence teams as regional subject matter expert for operational logistics best practices</li><li> Work cross-functionally across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, Finance, and other teams to deliver on Fluence strategy in a deliberate way that maximizes the customer outcomes.</li><li> Support regional warehousing strategy</li><li> Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and inventory management.</li><li> Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li> Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to transportation, warehousing, and distribution.</li><li> Provide timely information to Project Management team of any supplier or procurement activity that impacts the project either realizing opportunity or indicating a potential risk.</li><li> Prepare and maintain up-to-date Shipping schedules for Project and ensure correct documentation is secured for import processing.</li><li> Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate logistics performance and strategic initiatives. And attend to various collaborations calls with various stakeholders.</li><li> Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.</li></ul><div>

Qualifications
</div><ul><li> +5-year subject matter experience in logistics management preferably in the transportation or distribution industry, experience in project logistics is a plus</li><li> Experience in working with SAP HANA S4 tool (complete E2E logistics modules)</li><li> Experience in the field of dangerous goods handling and shipping</li><li> Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to requests, as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions</li><li> Deal with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity</li><li> Enjoy working in an international, fast-pace and dynamic environment</li><li> Communicate fluently in English
</li><li> Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations and driving process improvements.</li><li> Knowledge of customs, FTA policies, export incentives, re-exportation requirement is desirable.</li><li> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</li><li> Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li> Familiarity with international Shipping and Customs regulations and customs procedures desirable</li><li> Knowledge on Navisphere tools (TMC) would be an advantage
</li><li> Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).</li><li> Familiarity with international logistics and import/export regulations.</li><li> Experience with lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.</li><li> Advanced proficiency in data analysis with Microsoft tools, (Excel, word, PowerPoint etc..)</li><li> Role &ndash; On Site</li></ul></div>
