The Talent Acquisition &amp; HR Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting day-to-day HR operations. This includes sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, maintaining employee records, handling onboarding/offboarding, and assisting with HR policies, attendance, compliance, and general administrative duties.1. Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment &ndash; from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.</li><li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.</li><li>Develop and post job advertisements on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning. Manage onboarding and induction of new employees. Liaise with recruitment consultants/agencies when required.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Handle attendance, leave records, and punctuality tracking.</li><li>Assist in payroll coordination by sharing attendance and leave data with accounts.</li><li>Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.</li><li>Support in performance appraisal process and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Manage employee exit formalities and maintain separation documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate insurance and mediclaim documentation for employees.</li><li>Maintain HR-related reports and assist management in data analysis.</li></ul>3. HR Communication &amp; Support<ul><li>Draft and circulate internal HR communications, notices, and circulars.</li><li>Assist in organizing office events, celebrations, and training programs.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support HR grievance redressal.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information. Role OverviewThe Senior Account Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, client account management, payment recoveries, taxation, compliance, and bank coordination. The role also includes financial planning, interaction with the company CA, budget management, import/export documentation, logistics coordination, and customs compliance.Key Responsibilities 1. Accounts &amp; Finance Management - Oversee all accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.- Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely reconciliations.- Prepare and review financial balance sheets, P&amp;L statements, and cash flow reports.- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.2. Client Interaction &amp; Payment Recovery - Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain strong relationships.- Monitor payment terms and resolve overdue payment issues.- Maintain aging reports and coordinate with sales/operations teams.3. Taxation &amp; Financial Compliance - Handle GST, TDS, and statutory filings.- Ensure compliance with government tax regulations and deadlines.- Collaborate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for tax planning and financial decisions.4. Budgeting &amp; Financial Planning - Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditure against targets.- Assist management in financial forecasting and cost optimization.- Support decision-making through MIS and financial reports.5. Banking Operations- Manage all payments, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and bank reconciliations.- Coordinate with banks for facilities, documentation, and credit approvals.6. Import/Export Compliance &amp; Documentation - Ensure adherence to customs regulations and international trade compliance.- Prepare, verify, and manage documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Customs Declarations, and Certificates of Origin.- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.7. Logistics Coordination &amp; Risk Management - Align with logistics partners to ensure timely shipment and delivery.- Monitor transport risks, insurance requirements, and documentation accuracy.- Address any delays, compliance risks, or shipment discrepancies.8. Interaction with Chartered Accountant - Discuss financial strategies, tax planning, statutory audits, and compliance matters.- Seek guidance on balance sheet finalization and financial decision-making.9.
