Job responsibilities:- Experience &ndash; Technical Personnel with 8-10 years + of experience in Trunkey Electrical ProjectsQualification &ndash; Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering (Only)Requirements:<ul><li>Develop strategies for projects, considering project requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, offering solutions to complex electrical problems and ensuring the use of best practices and emerging technologies.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of progress reports, and project milestones.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of engineers, and technicians, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.</li><li>Coordinate the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, required for project execution.</li><li>Follow up on billing status.</li><li>Communicate with the Client&rsquo;s representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the project; monitor and coordinate work performed by engineering departments.</li><li>Represent the company in business with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and/or private agencies and organizations.</li><li>Reporting to the Employer.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Project: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Maharashtra Electrical Supervisor License (Required)</li></ul>
