<div>Job Description
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance trends, and purchasing inefficiencies.</li><li>
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to forecast material requirements based on historical sales data.</li><li>
Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier scorecards and KPIs.</li><li>
Support the optimization of inventory by preparing data-driven insights and recommendations.</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels and lead times to minimize stockouts or overstock scenarios.</li><li>
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply-related issues.</li><li>
Maintain and update procurement databases, reports, and records in ERP systems.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. OR 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement analysis, or supply chain within a manufacturing or industrial environment; hydraulics or related industry experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.</li><li>
Knowledge of hydraulic components and systems is highly desirable.</li><li>
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and procurement software.</li></ul>
Physical Demands<ul><li>
Regularly required to sit, type, and read.</li><li>
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.</li><li>
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, pre-placement health appraisals, and drug screening.</li><li>
Work environment regularly exposes employees to a light noise level.</li><li>
Employees may be required to enter the Company's shop area and visit customer sites where the noise level may be moderate to high.</li></ul>
