<div>Fluke is currently seeking a Global Product Marketing Specialist to support its portfolio of premium products. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, this role will collaborate heavily with the product teams and regional commercial teams.

The Global Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for uncovering customer and competitive insights that drive marketing action, delivering those findings cross-functionally, partnering with product managers to develop product roadmaps and customer buying journeys, creating marketing plans for new product introductions (NPIs), developing compelling messaging for the portfolio of products, coordinating with commercial &amp; wider marketing stakeholders to align on marketing priorities across regions (EMEA, APAC, and the Americas), collaborating with marketing peers to develop assets and execute against campaigns, and generally acting as the product line and customer expert within marketing. 
 
This hybrid position is based in Everett, WA.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, digital marketing, sales, etc.) to execute go-to-market plans.</li>
<li>Develop product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging that align with strategy and resonate with customers.</li>
<li>Create and deliver detailed marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of translated assets.</li>
<li>Conduct market and customer research to capture insights about customer needs and decision-making processes.</li>
<li>Create global marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, datasheets, sales materials, web copy, etc.).</li>
<li>Track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other Product Marketing Managers to leverage best practices and support product campaigns.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends to identify obstacles and opportunities.</li>
<li>Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong time and workload management skills.</li>
<li>Use data visualization tools (PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau) to tell data-driven stories.</li>
<li>Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment with strong interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Experiment and learn quickly from failures.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver compelling presentations and storytelling.</li>
<li>Write copy with SEO and social media in mind.</li>
<li>Organize and retrieve data from multiple information systems.</li>
<li>Work flexibly across different time zones.</li>
<li>Travel up to 15%.</li> 
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2-3+ years of product or technical marketing experience in a B2B organization.</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.</li>
<li>Broad understanding of various marketing strategies and campaign tactics.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret data and create data-driven campaign strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul> 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization.</li>
<li>Experience launching hardware and software products.</li>
<li>Background in quantitative and qualitative customer research.</li>
<li>Experience in a global marketing role with regional partners in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.</li>

Global Product Marketing Specialist

<div>Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Middle East, Africa and Turkey Sales team. As a TSM you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory by developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, distributors, and other regional stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Your product scope will be Fluke Networks (FNET), Fluke Process Instruments (FPI) and our High Touch Industrial Group (IG) portfolio. As brand leaders in their respective spaces you will leverage go-to-market and sales strategy synergies to amplify growth and unlock cross sell potential.

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Drive new bookings by creating end-user demand, strategically planning territory coverage with partners, and implementing strategies for rapid market share growth.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong business insight, and the ability to influence, organize, and build demand, relationships, and winning strategies.</li>
<li>Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quotas through relationship building, training, support, and end-user engagement.</li>
<li>Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products, solutions, and applications.</li>
<li>Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and address customer needs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records with daily updates and manage the sales pipeline through consistent prospect follow-up.</li>
<li>Combine technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to effectively position Fluke solutions.</li>
<li>Work remotely from a home office while traveling to customer sites within the territory (approx. 60-70%).</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users by offering tailored solutions using Fluke&rsquo;s equipment, software, and services.</li>
<li>Leverage internal Fluke support teams to maximize territory growth and customer success.</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales objectives, expense management, etc.) with longer-term strategic goals</li>
<li>Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.</li>
<li>Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments</li>
<li>Be based in or willing to relocate to either UAE (Dubai)</li></ul> 


Qualifications/Skills and knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the networking or industrial tools industry, selling technical solutions</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>High proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems</li>
<li>Familiarity with Power BI or similar</li>
<li>Cross functional team support with the Business Unit and Factory experience</li>
<li>Addressing senior level stakeholders internal and external</li>
<li>Proficiency in English and Turkish language is needed.</li></ul>
