<div>We have an exciting opportunity for a senior level finance leader at Fluke Health Solutions. This role provides high visibility to company leadership with growth potential to candidates interested in career advancement. As the Director of Finance, you will lead the FP&amp;A team to drive best in class business partnership while functioning as the primary partner to L1 business leaders. You will apply your knowledge, communication skills, and analytical talent to set the financial path and partner with the business to deliver results. This role will report directly to the FHS CFO.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Partner with level 1 leadership to deliver on financial goals.</li>
<li>Develop FP&amp;A talent to build an organization of high impact players with a pathway for continued career advancement.</li>
<li>Provide succinct and clear communication to leadership and business partners that generates insight and action.</li>
<li>Own the Central Planning process and lead the team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting while acting as the voice of FHS to the Corporate office.</li>
<li>Drive profitable growth by working alongside commercial, product and operations teams.</li>
<li>Advance our controls environment by ensuring strong cost visibility throughout the organization as well as accountability to monthly, quarterly and full-year budgets.</li>
<li>Operate from a baseline of strong analytical and data-based logic in the development of forecasts, problem solving, and project delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain a growth mindset in personal development as well as team development.</li>
<li>Function as a strategic thought leader across the business with a drive to innovate and a passion for execution.</li>
<li>Partner with the accounting team to ensure SOX and accounting policy compliance across the business.</li>
<li>Drive process improvements and efficiencies.</li>
<li>Dive in and roll up sleeves to assist global team as needed.</li>
<li>Lead various projects.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance and/or accounting. Masters preferred.</li>
<li>7-10+ years of progressive experience in finance with commercial, product development and operations experience.</li>
<li>5+ years of Leadership experience with demonstrated career progression.</li>
<li>Manufacturing or service environment experience a plus.</li>
<li>Experience in SaaS or ARR business models a plus.</li>
<li>Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office required. Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, BI, or related visualization applications.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a high paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively work in a multi-location organization and adapt to local cultures.</li>
<li>Ability to travel as needed, monthly.</li>

Pay Range 
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 116,600.00 - 216,900.00
