Job Title: Acquisition SpecialistCompany: Flux Procure Solutions Shift Timing: 7:00 PM &ndash; 3:00 AM (PKT) Location: Remote / On-site (as applicable)Job OverviewFlux Procure Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing procurement opportunities, building vendor relationships, and supporting the company&rsquo;s acquisition strategy&mdash;primarily aligned with international markets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and evaluate new business and procurement opportunities through various sourcing channels</li><li>Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and contract requirements to determine feasibility</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals</li><li>Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with project requirements</li><li>Maintain and update acquisition pipelines and databases</li><li>Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance documentation</li><li>Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders professionally</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in procurement, acquisitions, or business development</li><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Ability to work night shift (7 PM &ndash; 3 AM PKT) consistently</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of procurement processes and contract compliance</li><li>Familiarity with RFQs/RFPs and bidding procedures</li><li>CRM or procurement software experience</li><li>Strong English communication (written and verbal)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Career growth opportunities in international procurement</li><li>Professional and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
